Control Valve Service

We perform repair, reconditioning and complete overhaul services for diaphragm control valves of various trim designs. We have substantial experience in testing a broad spectrum of pneumatic , hydraulic and electric actuated industrial valves for project pre-commissioning as well as turn around servicing.

These valves are serviced at our workshop or in-situ using our unique universal grinding and lapping machines.

We can recommend, select and supply material with the capability to provide component , seat and seals machining, welding build up and gland packing with low emission solutions for all our reconditioning and refurbishment works.

All functional tests are done in conformance to SAC-SINGLAS with reference to International Standards: API, ISO & ANSI test methods and criteria. The following are valves that we have performed servicing on:
